Co-Immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) is an effective method to study whether two proteins interact in vivo. By using antibodies to bind to known proteins, the entire known protein complex is captured, allowing researchers to study proteins that interact with the known protein within the complex.

▶ Tissue samples: rapidly processed at ultra-low temperatures after isolation and stored at -80°C, shipped on dry ice;
▶ Animal tissue: not less than 400 mg;
▶ Plant tissue: not less than 2 g;
▶ Cells: 2×10^7 cells.
