Custom Polyclonal Antibody Service
Service Features
GeneCreate's polyclonal antibody preparation platform, with antibody technology as the core, has established a series of technical platforms and animal breeding bases. We can provide polyclonal antibody preparation services for multiple systems including rabbit, mouse, rat, sheep, and more, allowing you to freely choose according to your specific requirements!
Service Introduction
Polyclonal antibody preparation is a technology that produces multiple different antibody clones by immunizing host animals. It is based on the characteristics of the immune system, where immunization of host animals with specific antigens induces immune cells to produce diverse antibodies to cope with the diversity and complexity of antigens. Since polyclonal antibodies can recognize multiple epitopes and cause agglutination and precipitation reactions, they are widely used in immunological diagnostics, often serving as enzyme-labeled secondary antibodies in WB experiments and coating antibodies in ELISA experiments.
Polyclonal antibodies exist in the serum of immunized animals and can be obtained by directly separating the serum. Due to their ability to recognize multiple epitopes and cause agglutination and precipitation reactions, they are widely used in immunological diagnostics, often serving as enzyme-labeled secondary antibodies in WB experiments and coating antibodies in ELISA experiments.
Service Advantages
- Diversity: Multiple antibody clones covering multiple antigen regions, improving antigen recognition capability.
- High Specificity: Precisely recognizes target antigens, reducing non-specific binding.
- High Affinity: Strongly binds to target antigens, enhancing antigen-antibody interaction.
- Flexibility: Suitable for various applications, meeting different research needs.
- Fault Tolerance: When some antibodies fail, other clones still function, reducing failure risk.
- Cost-Effectiveness: Relatively economical, multiple antibody clones can be obtained in one experiment.
Service Process
Customer Requirements
Recombinant protein: At least 2-3 mg, protein purity >90%, concentration not less than 0.5 mg/mL, protein molecular weight >10 kDa;
Peptide: 1 mg of bare peptide, 3-4 mg of KLH/BSA/OVA or other carrier protein-conjugated peptide, bare peptide purity >90%, sequence length not less than 10 AA;
