ChIP Kit For Plant

ChIP Kit For Plant

Product Code Specification
JKR23002P

Experimental Principle

Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) is used to study whether proteins interact with DNA in vivo. This technology helps researchers determine what histone modifications appear at specific locations in the genome within the cell nucleus. Using antibody-antigen specific binding, DNA fragments bound to the target protein are precipitated, providing a true reflection of regulatory proteins bound to DNA sequences.

Product Advantages

  • Rapid Sample Processing: Uses optimized lysis buffer to significantly shorten chromatin fragmentation time (completed within 30 minutes), avoiding the lengthy time consumption of traditional methods.
  • Multi-Species Compatibility: Supports samples from humans, mice, rats, plants, etc., applicable to various types including cell lines, tissues, and frozen samples.
  • Small-Scale Packaging: Avoids reagent waste, especially suitable for laboratories with limited funding.
  • High Specificity: Magnetic bead-based technology ensures high specificity and low background noise.

Scope of Application

  • Protein-DNA interaction studies
  • Histone modification analysis
  • Transcription factor binding site localization
  • Epigenetics research
  • Disease mechanism studies and gene expression regulation
