Service Introduction

Small interfering RNA (siRNA) is an artificially designed short double-stranded RNA molecule that serves as a core tool in RNA interference (RNAi) technology. It can specifically degrade target messenger RNA (mRNA), thereby achieving gene silencing. Currently, chemical synthesis is the most commonly used and efficient method for siRNA preparation. It utilizes solid-phase synthesis technology to precisely synthesize RNA single strands of the desired sequence, which are then annealed to form double-stranded siRNA. This method can rapidly provide high-purity customized siRNA, offering critical materials for studying gene function, screening drug targets, and developing novel therapies.

The siRNA produced by our company is conventionally chemically synthesized as 21-25nt small double-stranded RNA. Purified by HPLC, it can be directly used for cell transfection. The product is provided as lyophilized powder, with the dosage strictly calculated and indicated in moles.

Accurately provide the 19-nucleotide target sequence and overhang for siRNA synthesis, or the gene name and sequence requiring design along with specifications (if opting for the Three Guarantees package, design must be handled by GeneCreate; customer-provided sequences are not eligible for the guarantee package).
